Returns Policy
Please keep in mind that your Christmas tree is a natural product, and no two trees are exactly alike. If your tree does not meet the quality you expected, please reach out to us within 4 working days to share your concerns. We may request photos of the tree to help us address the issue promptly and efficiently.
Since cut Christmas trees are perishable, it’s normal for all varieties—including those marketed as low-drop—to eventually dry out and shed their needles. The lifespan of your tree will vary depending on factors such as water absorption, room temperature, and humidity. While proper care can extend the freshness, some trees may dry out faster than anticipated. In such cases, unless the deterioration is highly unusual or occurs rapidly, we are unable to offer refunds.
It's also important to note that minor damage to branches, especially those on the lower sections, can happen during transit. This type of damage does not typically warrant a return or refund unless it severely affects the overall appearance or quality of the tree.
Since our trees are cut specifically for your order, they cannot be returned. However, if there is a significant issue, such as receiving the wrong tree or major damage that makes the tree unusable, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, whether that be a replacement or a refund. Given that Christmas trees are perishable and large, returning them isn’t feasible, and it's not environmentally friendly. We encourage you to explore local options for disposing of the tree if needed, but please note that we are unable to arrange disposal or cover any associated costs.
Please do not refuse delivery of your tree under any circumstances. If there's an issue after you unwrap it, we’re happy to help resolve it. However, refusing delivery can result in long delays, as it can take weeks for the tree to return to us. Since each tree is cut to order, we cannot issue a refund unless there is significant damage or the tree doesn't meet your specifications (such as height).
Regarding size, bear in mind that your tree will be tightly wrapped in shrink-wrap during transit and may appear slimmer than expected. If you think the tree’s height is incorrect, please measure it from the base of the trunk to the tip before contacting us. We may ask for photos to confirm the height and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Your tree should be at least as tall as what you ordered, but in some cases, trees with longer tops may exceed the expected height by up to 1.5 feet.
Refunds are not available if your tree is delivered within 3 business days of your preferred delivery date, even if it doesn’t arrive on the exact day you requested. For more details, please refer to our delivery information page.
Cancellations are only accepted if we receive your request at least four business days before your scheduled delivery date.
Trees For Good reserves the right to cancel orders at any time up to the point of delivery.
