How does it work?
Pre-ordering a real Christmas tree online might feel a bit unusual, but just like any other online purchase, we make sure it arrives right at your doorstep with no hassle!
We're a small local company based in Leeds and York specialising in delivering plants to your door. This year we are taking on the task of Christmas trees and want to ease the difficulty of getting a tree to your door. So if you don't have a big enough car, or mobility is an issue we will make sure your dream tree arrives at your door in flawless condition.
The best bit? You can choose a preferred delivery date at checkout, so your tree arrives on the day just when you need it.
Why is the delivery date just "preferred"?
Good question! We call it a "preferred" delivery date because while we aim to deliver your tree on the selected day, we can't guarantee it due to factors like using a third-party national courier. That said, in the vast majority of cases, your tree will arrive as planned.
How can I track my delivery?
We will be in touch on the day of delivery with an estimated time slot. Please ensure you leave your best contact number for the order so we can get in touch.
If you're not home, we will leave your tree in a safe place. We recommend adding a "leave safe" note to you order, just to be sure.
Forgot to add leave-safe instructions? No problem! Drop us an email at least 48 hours before and we will make a note of it.
Based in York?
If you're in York, we also offer to opportunity to collect the tree yourself from our Nursery. The nursery is based in Upper Helmsley and pick ups will be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday through out the end of November and the start of December.
Missed your delivery?
If we tried to deliver your tree but you weren’t home and there was no safe place to leave it, your tree may be taken back to our nursery for redelivery. We’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery slot, but note that it may not always be the next day and there will be an additional £5 delivery charge due.
If your tree doesn’t arrive on the preferred date because you weren't available, refunds cannot be issued.
What if something goes wrong?
Though rare, things can go wrong with deliveries. We will keep you updated, and we’ll do our best to get your tree to you within 2-3 days of the original delivery date.
Don’t worry about the condition of your tree if it’s delayed—trees are kept in cool storage and remain fresh. Once your tree arrives, if you’re not 100% happy with its quality, we’ll work with you to resolve it!
Please note, we can’t offer refunds for trees delayed by up to 3 days, as each tree is cut to order and cannot be returned.
Want to change your delivery date?
If you need to change your delivery date, we require at least 3 business days' notice. Just fill in our contact form to request a change. If your order is due within 3 days, we may already be processing it and might not be able to accommodate your request.
Our packaging
Your tree will arrive in standard Christmas tree netting and plastic wrap, made from recycled materials and 100% recyclable. Remove the plastic wrap immediately to let the tree breathe and store it outside or in water until you’re ready to bring it indoors.
